1. CONSENT
By placing an order with the Cartoonkiduniya which is a product of epochcrats solutions, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at cartoonkiduniya for the sale and supply of any products.
2.DIGITAL PRODUCTS
As the majority of our products are digital, they are deemed “used” after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product.
We are not liable for refund and exchange due to technical problems on your computer, iphone device including but not limited to printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

3. CHANGE OF MIND – REFUND/EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection by mistake. 4. All programs are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
cartoonkiduniya Trainings is able to make adjustments as needed, however the recommendations are designed to support the individuals goals as described in the questionnaire. Any concerns can be directly addressed over the phone. Email [email protected] to set up a phone call.
ALL custom plans must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless you let us know in advance via email. cartoonkiduniya reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
DISCOUNT CODE
To be eligible for the Discount Code, the Discount Code must be surrendered at the time of purchase. It cannot be combined with other discount codes and offers. Offer cannot be used on previous purchases. Offer is valid for a limited time only. cartoonkiduniya reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
LIVE WEBINARS
If you desire to pull out or cancel your order participation to a live Webinar, or any other services or products offered by cartoonkiduniya, you may do so by notifying cartoonkiduniya in writing via email at [email protected] at least 7 business days prior to the official start date of the Live Webinar or the scheduled delivery date of the services or products. In such an event, credit of the amount paid will be issued in the form of a refund. The refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for the order, The refund will not be issued in the form of a Digital products
If the cancellation request is not made within the specified time frame or if you do not attend the Live Webinar or receive the services or products, refund claims will not be processed.
Please note that cartoonkiduniya Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live webinar, service, or product due to circumstances beyond our control, such as instructor illness, unforeseen events, or product unavailability. In such situations, you will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/event or the delivery date of the services or products. If the rescheduled date or time is not suitable for you, cartoonkiduniya Training will provide an alternative solution, such as a refund or a suitable replacement.
cartoonkiduniya Training cannot be held responsible if you do not receive login credentials, any email notifications, or the delivery of services or products due to firewall settings, SPAM filters, or any other technical issues at the customer’s end. It is recommended that you check and adjust your email and system settings accordingly to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
Additionally, cartoonkiduniya Training cannot be held responsible for any technical problems experienced at the customer’s end while accessing or using the services or products. It is advisable to verify and ensure that your system meets the necessary requirements in advance.
Please also be aware that cartoonkiduniya Training cannot be held responsible if you are dissatisfied with the content or quality of the webinar, services, or products, as the speakers, instructors, or manufacturers are solely responsible for the content and quality. We strongly recommend that customers thoroughly review the descriptions and specifications before making a purchase decision.
